Rapper Rich the Kid to perform at Homecoming Concert

American rapper Rich the Kid will take the stage during Minnesota State Mankato’s Homecoming concert Oct. 3 at 7:30 p.m. in Myers Field House. 

Rich the Kid broke into the music scene in 2018 with his debut album “The World Is Yours.” He’s most known for his singles “New Freezer” and “Carnival,” featuring Kendrick Lamar and Playboi Carti respectively.

The first 100 Affinity Plus card holders to visit the Affinity Plus branch in the CSU will receive a free ticket and will be able to skip the admission line with one guest the night of the concert.

Tickets for the public are $30 with student tickets listed at $10. Tickets for alumni or guests are $20. For $50, students can purchase VIP tickets which include early access to the venue, signed merchandise and a group picture with Rich the Kid.

Tickets are available for purchase either at the Student Activities front desk in CSU 173 or on mnsuevents.com.
